Adult Life
The JCC offers a rich selection of classes, programs, clubs, lectures and discussion groups for our adult members and friends. Programs such as "Young at Heart,” “Current Events,” and “Music, Memories & Mishegoss” are very popular with JCC members and guests. Multiple weekly card games offer our adult members a chance to socialize, and connect. Cultural programs with specific Jewish content such as our Ladino and Yiddish Club are also offered. A senior singles' group (65+) was recently formed, and now boasts over 60 members within its first few months of opeation. Montlhy trips and events include musical performances, happy hour, and a casino trip. Call Dara Javer at 299-3000 x147 for information.
Another dynamic group for adults that is active here in Tucson is Young Jewish Tucson, a collaboration of various agencies and congregations in town that provides educational, cultural and social opportunities for Jewish adults age 22 – 40. Their activities include many social events at local restaurants and clubs.
