SEND A KID TO CAMP
Support our “Send a Kid to Camp” Campaign!
Imagine a summer in Tucson without camp… for many children the dream of summer camp is not possible.
Not every family in Tucson can send their children to camp without some financial assistance. Each summer many families apply for financial assistance and we are not able to accommodate all of the requests. This summer our goal is to fill as many scholarship requests as we can but we need your help.
Summer camp provides children with meaningful experiences and lifelong lessons in lasting friendships and gives kids the enjoyment they need and deserve.
Last year nearly 100 campers were sponsored by the generosity of people like you. This year the JCC hopes to distribute more than $33,500 in assistance for camp. We cannot do this without your support.
Please consider making a contribution to our “Send a Kid to Camp” Campaign by indicating the amount on your registration form or you may call Julia Waterfall-Kanter, Development Director, at (520) 299-3000 x176 or click to make a donation. Under "Fund Designation" click on "Send a Kid to Camp". Funds raised from this campaign will be applied directly to JCC Summer Camp Scholarships. Your tax-deductible gift will have great impact by directly funding the cost of camp for children in need.
