The Healthy Weigh and U

A new dynamic way to lose weight while still enjoying the foods you like.

How does the program work?

  • You will join others like yourself who are frustrated with all the diets that eliminate or restrict what you can eat.
  • You will follow the U plan. The U plan is a program that gives you the freedom to choose whatever foods you want as long as you consume units of foods that your individual food plan allows.
  • You will attend a weekly meeting to discuss how you are doing and discuss with others the successes and pitfalls of making important lifestyle changes.
  • Meal plan ideas, healthy recipes, creative shopping, eating out, and exercise tips will be discussed.
