KARATE at the JCC!
Your and your children can learn this ancient form of exercise and self defense with well known Sensei, Mel Dilts. These fun and exciting workouts are physically and mentally challenging! We teach the traditional values of respect, honesty, integrity and self discipline in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Classes build self confidence and develop flexibility. You will learn self discipline and other special skills. Classes are structured for kids, teens and adults from 5 - 80+ years old.

Along with traditional karate training you will also learn:
Safety Skills • Ancient Weapons (Kobudo) • Self Defense • Grappling Techniques • Sparring (Kumite) • Competition Training • Falling Techniques • Throws • Pressure Points • Stress Relief

Tuesday & Thursday: Ages 5 – 9: 4:30 – 5:15 p.m.; Ages 10 – 15: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Ages 16 & older: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.; Special class: 6:30 – 7:00 p.m.

Ages 5 – 9 years: $65/month • Ages 10 & older: $75/month
