The Tucson JCC offers enrichment classes designed to spark your child’s imagination.  Many classes are drop-in! Sign up at any time.

J Garden Crew • Ages 3-12
Mondays • 4:15 – 5 pm

ECE children are paired with J-Care children to help take care of the Shay Shay Garden together. Maintain & harvest ECE & J-Care plots in the garden, and participate in this mitzvah (commandment) through crafts, recipes & other projects. Instructor: Marian.  Meet at Welcome Desk

Creative clay • Ages 5-12

Explore clay techniques and develop individual creativity. Kids will work with various textures and art mediums, ranging from painting, stenciling, & molding. Instructor: Gerrie Young, MFA

Creative Writing • Ages 6-12

In this class, children will play with language while learning the fundamentals of creative writing. Children will learn to use imagery, voice, character, figurative language, and more! We will use our imaginations to weave stories and poems. Instructor: Saraiya Kanning

Archery @ the J • Ages 8-11

Archers to the line!  In this class your young archers will learn the basic and fundamentals of archery.  From stance and form to bullseye, particpants in this class will be well on their way to their Olympic dreams. Instructor: Josh Shenker

An introduction to hip hop-style dance. Come join this subculture of art movement where we will incorporate rhythmic & rhyming beats through dance. Caterpillar choir • Ages 3-5

Purple Minions Youth Tri Club

SAAA Stingray Summer League Team

The J Stingrays offers an SAAA team for swimmers 4-18 years old & all abilities. Stingrays work with experienced coaches  to improve all the strokes while creating lasting memories with teammates during a fun summer of learning & racing.
