Introduction to Ballroom Dance

An event every week that begins at 6:15pm on Wednesday, repeating until June 6, 2018
Ballroom dance incorporates basic principles of movement that are applicable to many physical activities. It is also rich in intrinsic physical and mental value and contributes to increased Strength and Overall Health, Improved Memory, Improved Flexibility, Agility and Balance, Cardiovascular benefits, Reduced Stress, Weight Loss, and Social Confidence.
Fred Astaire Dance Studios Tucson has designed a custom program to develop these benefits for any level of dancer. We begin with simple basic movements and build them into progressively more challenging dance steps and technique based on the growth of each student.
Please join our initial 6 week program of weekly group lessons. Smooth program includes Waltz, Foxtrot, and Tango. Rhythm program includes Push-pull Hustle, Rumba, Cha Cha, and Swing.
6:15-6:55pm Smooth Program
7-7:40pm Rhythm Program
