Cooking Classes at The J!  All dishes are kosher and vegetarian. Classes take place in The J’s Spivak Demonstration Kitchen on the 2nd Floor. Please contact Jeremy Thompson, Manager of Arts & Culture, at jthompson@tucsonjcc.org or 520-299-3000 ext 236 with any questions. 

Register for any class with the buttons below, in person at the Welcome Desk, or call 520.299.3000. The payment for the class is due no later than the Wednesday before the class date or your spot will be forfeited. In the event you cancel your reservation after 5 pm on Wednesday or do not show up for the class, you will be charged a $20 non-refundable fee.

But what we eat says a lot about our culture, and good food writing is an art as well as a lot of fun. Join Tucson Guides Contributing Dining Editor, Edie Jarolim, for a feast of a class and refine your writing palate.
