Reach your potential with aquatic group training led by Sarah Smith, PT, DPT. Smith Performance Center is offering aquatic group training at the TJCC for resistance training, aerobic activity, and balance training while using the benefits of a gravity reduced environment. These classes are for people who struggle with exercise on land, are recovering from an orthopedic injury, or are just looking for a new exercise program.
